If your coach and toad were clean when you headed down the entrance off the highway, they will be covered with stone dust by the time you get to the office. Most sites are permanents or workers in the area and for the most part aren't very neat around their sites. There is also a property next to the campground that has barking dogs at all hours. We won't return.

This is a "Coast to Coast" property but we stayed with a Passport America 50% discount. We stayed with a 41 ft RV plus Jeep in a pull through. It has heavily wooded, narrow sites, no TV, no satellite, bad roads, barking dogs until 11 PM. One night was enough!

A well maintained campground and if possible ask for site #42 if you have a large RV. A bit overpriced. We were here for the county rodeo.

Read the other reviews. We stayed here 2 nights and had no problem fitting in with our 41ft motorhome. Very well maintained grounds because of a very hard working owner. We would stay here again!

The rate reflects our Passport America rate. It's close to the Crater. We stayed overnight.

This is what "resort" should mean when a RV campground calls themselves a resort.

If you like rustic--this place is for you! It's their 42nd year as a rv park and not much has changed. We left after 1 night of a 4 night stay. Our site had good mountain views. This place needs a lot of TLC.

Location, location, location! If you have a Jeep or an ATV this is the place to stay for a home base while exploring the nearby trails. The place was quiet.

The pool area still isn't finished but should be done by mid July. The lower daily rate is because of the unfinished pool area. Didn't care about pool. We had one of the a new pull throughs that must be 125 ft long. It also has a very large field area for dogs. This park is about a mile from Mesa Verde National Park. We would stay here again!

We held a club rally here for 4 days with 31 coaches and used all the facilities including their caterer. Everyone on the staff is professional and polite. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone!!!

We use this park as a overnight stopping point from time to time. Many snowbirds.

Newly paved roads in an older park. Follow instructions in Woodalls book to park and not your GPS.

Newer ownership, great managers, new landscaping lead to an enjoyable stay. New facilities are under construction and should be completed by March 2008. We would stay here again.

I don't see how this place rates 5 "W"'s from Woodalls! We are staying two nights on a deluxe site with seasonals on both sides with all their junk outside! They even are hanging clothes outside when it is against the rules. The golf course is closed today which was a reason for staying the second day. No early checkout refunds.

Due to a screwup on their part my site was occupied. It's the New Years hoiliday and all sites are full. We ended up for four nights in the overflow area with just a water connection. It was on grass that fronts on the inlet to the harbor. You get to watch the boats and cruise ships. The campground is old and somewhat tight with no views! I recommend the overflow area. They didn't charge us for their mistake.

These are privately owned sites that are rented. Mostly permanents. We requested oceanfront and paid $110 per night over Christmas holidays. Trust me the only sites to have are ocean front because the rest are small.

Mile and half off Hwy. plus mile and half entrance road. A pleasant surprise for a overnight stay. Golf course looked good.

Big WiFi advertising sign at entrance then you find that it's $5 for 4 hrs.

Location, location, location. It's a overnight stop in the desert. Only used electric. Passport America accepted.

Very friendly owners and a clean rv park. We had site#25 which along with some other large sites are fully paved and plenty large enough for our 41ft. Some smaller sites are just on earth. We enjoy the semi-seclusion that the lodge pole pines provide. There are only 3 TV stations that are received on your antenna. No satellite or cable. There is a play area for children. So far I've resisted the pies! We stayed three nights.

This is a 2 yr old resort and it was laid out correctly. Paved streets, concrete pads, grass, free WiFi, hot spa. Price starts at $28

This is the second year in a row that we have stopped here. It's a nice place but the pull thrus are a bit short for a 40ft motorhome and tow. Doable but short. Everything is nice and neat.

This old KOA is overrated, over priced, unlevel, narrow and junky. If you have a big rig look elsewhere! The pay per day WiFi is only good if you go to the office. Duh! Most of the sites face away from the Tetons. The only thing this site has going for it is location. Be sure you have satellite TV because there isn't anything else out there. It is a poor resemblence of their ads.

If your looking for shade this is it! However, that's because I don't think they have trimed the trees since it began in 1969. The roads are bad after you go beyound the first several sites. It took almost 30 minutes to pull out of a pull thru site down by the stream because of the trees. Walk to your site before you drive down the road.
